Longboard calm. Quiet underfoot, quietly sophisticated.
Ravine takes its name from the layered, natural look of its grain. The colour is a medium warm tan to brown oak, with grain lines that run in slightly deeper, more defined bands than the lighter tones in the range, giving each plank a sense of depth without turning dark.
Ravine shares Monolith's longboard WPC format, 60.23" x 7.16" x 7.5mm, built on a rigid, fully waterproof composite core with a 1.5mm EVA pad attached underneath. It holds up to normal residential use without denting or compressing. Uniclic locking, a Cathedral surface texture, and GreenGuard Gold certification are standard across the range. Monolith also carries STC 71 and IIC 73 acoustic ratings, which measure how well the floor blocks airborne and impact sound from reaching the room below, a genuinely useful consideration for upstairs rooms, condos, and any home with shared floors or walls.
Where it works: Ravine's depth of tone suits living rooms, hallways, and open concept spaces looking for a grounded, natural look without going as dark as a true walnut or espresso finish. Its acoustic performance also makes it a practical option for an upstairs bedroom or home office above an occupied room.
