Monolith - Sierra Walnut

Sierra Walnut is a medium, richer brown tone with a warm amber undertone, more saturated than the lighter colours in the Monolith range but still well short of a true dark walnut or espresso finish. The grain shows gentle waves and some natural colour movement from plank to plank.

Sierra Walnut is built on the same longboard WPC format as the rest of the Monolith range, 60.23" x 7.16" x 7.5mm, with a rigid, fully waterproof composite core and a 1.5mm EVA pad attached underneath. The core stands up to everyday residential wear without denting or compressing. Planks lock together with Uniclic, the surface carries a Cathedral texture, and the floor is GreenGuard Gold certified. Monolith also carries STC 71 and IIC 73 acoustic ratings, a genuine, measurable advantage for sound transfer in condos, apartments, and any home with occupied space below.

Where it works: Sierra Walnut's richer tone suits dining rooms and living rooms looking for more warmth and depth than a light oak, without committing to a very dark floor. It also works well in a multi unit building, where the acoustic rating is a real, practical benefit rather than a marketing line.
