Monolith - Savannah Plains

Savannah Plains is a light, sandy oak tone with a straight, even grain and very little knotting, closer to a sun bleached, open look than a heavily figured one. It reads clean and warm at the same time, without leaning as pale or cool as Nordic Maple.

Savannah Plains is built on Monolith's longboard WPC format, 60.23" x 7.16" x 7.5mm, with a rigid, fully waterproof composite core and a 1.5mm EVA pad already attached underneath. The core does not dent or compress under normal household use. It locks together with Uniclic, carries a Cathedral surface texture, and is GreenGuard Gold certified for low chemical emissions, a profile that can also help meet sustainable building credit requirements on projects that track indoor air quality. Monolith's STC 71 and IIC 73 acoustic ratings add a genuine, measurable advantage for sound control between floors.
